“Be intentional about the way you think. Manifest the outcomes you want, and they will come. And then, probably my most important piece of advice, take care of yourself and your health. A healthy lifestyle is KEY to your success. You can’t have a strong mentality when you’re half asleep and pressing snooze on your alarm six times in the morning. Your health plays a key role in how you perform, so proper hydration and rest are a MUST for me.”
